The project is conceived as a contemporary hospitality landmark situated directly on the waterfront, combining fine dining with direct access to the marina. The architectural concept is driven by horizontality and transparency, allowing the building to establish a continuous dialogue between interior spaces, exterior terraces, and the surrounding landscape.

The composition is articulated as a two-story volume with extensive glazing, deep overhangs, and integrated greenery. This strategy not only emphasizes visual lightness but also enhances environmental performance by providing shade and softening the architectural form. At ground level, large dining halls open directly onto the quay, creating a seamless transition between the restaurant and the waterfront promenade. The upper level accommodates private dining and lounge areas with panoramic views over the marina and distant mountains.

Material selection is guided by durability and tactile quality: warm timber, natural stone, and high-performance glazing create an atmosphere that is both refined and resilient in a coastal context. Lighting plays a central role in the spatial experience, with carefully calibrated illumination transforming the building into a luminous focal point at dusk.

The project aspires to function not only as a dining venue but as a cultural and social anchor on the waterfront — a place where architecture, gastronomy, and marine lifestyle converge into a singular experience.
