It All Starts with the Sketch

Every project begins with hand-drawn concepts—often created directly on iPad using Procreate. This allows us to quickly explore ideas, refine spatial thinking, and communicate the vision with a personal, expressive touch. These digital sketches form the foundation of our design language and are often shared with clients early on for feedback.

Mood Boards & Material Boards

We then build mood boards that capture the desired tone and design aesthetic, followed by material boards featuring curated finishes, textures, and product samples. These help ensure design cohesion across all elements of the project—from surfaces to furnishings and fixtures.

From Concept to Reality: BIM, CGI & VR

We develop fully coordinated BIM models using Revit and ArchiCAD, ensuring precision and seamless collaboration across disciplines. High-quality CGI renderings allow clients to see and feel the space before it's built.

To take visualization a step further, we also create 360° VR CGIs—immersive, panoramic scenes that can be experienced through VR headsets. This technology enables clients to step inside the project virtually, providing a true-to-scale spatial understanding and supporting confident decision-making early in the design phase.

Interactive Schedules with Our Custom App

To streamline the specification process, we offer a custom-built app that features interactive, cloud-based schedules. Clients can review materials, furniture, and finishes in real time—add comments, track approvals, and stay connected with the project’s progress in one intuitive platform.
